How soon after getting a credit card do I have a credit score?
We are currently trying to get a loan for a mortgage to buy our first house. We just recently applied for a credit card because we did not have any credit score. How soon after having the card, and using it, paying off each use before the 30 days after the transaction , will we have a good credit score?
My Amazon order was canceled but they still charged my credit card?
I recieved an email stating that my order had been cancled due to out of stock. They stated that my credit card was not charged. But I checked my account online & I was charged for the product they are not sending. What should I do? Contact Amazon or the seller??

Ok, so I am not eligible for a credit card myself I've tried , so my mother put me under her credit card so now I am getting a credit card but it's under her name. Will this even help my credit? The Mastercard spokewoman said it wouldn't help much, and that its much better to get your own card, but i know that I'm not eligible. Even if i am i'd have to pay an annual fee. I just want to build credit and get the discounts rewards off the card. I plan to pay it off every month. Plus I don't want to risk my credit if i have any of going down by applying for more credit...I want to get an 850 credit score, but I know that will take time and due diligence and paying off the bill . Honestly, i want it to be a hobby to get a perfect 850 credit score. So will being under mom's card help at all? I've never worked officially before, nor had any bills of my own. Can my mom transfer a bill into my name though?

My landlord wants their month to month payments via direct deposit. I know i can do this from a checking account but i was wondering if i could do it using my credit card. I got a credit card today and i am wondering if my school i.d will work when they ask for identification? I'm only 15 so i don't have a drivers licenses. My credit card and my school i.d have my full name and my birthday. SO will my school i.d work for my identification for my credit card?

I'm not earning enough with two jobs to make ends meet and I'm constantly turning to my credit cards to make it through each month. If I could get my pymts down, it would really help me. Should I consider getting a mortgage on my home and paying off my credit cards and putting the balance in the bank for home repairs and back up for when I'm short each month? I've got to do something, or I'll never get out of debt.
How do credit cards work?
I have a debit card, and I ordered something online about a week ago with my debit card but charged it as credit because that's the only way it'd take it, and they just take the money I already have in my debit account anyway . Anyway, when I ordered it, no money came out of my account, so I figured oh maybe I didn't confirm it correctly. But I decided I didn't really care about it anymore, so I just didn't ever double check.Well now, they sent me an e mail saying they finally shipped it out today. I checked my account and there's no negative amount in there I have only a small amount in my debit account now, so it would end up that I'd owe the bank money . My question is, is I don't get paid until the Friday after this one. So when they do finally charge me to a negative amount, will it just stay negative until I pay them back next Friday, or will they charge me extra money for owing them?Sorry, I know this is long Well the website charged it as credit. Just usually when websites do that, they take it out of my debit account.And I'm a minor, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
